The Artist Mentorship Program

The Artist mentorship stream is a hands-on program that teaches our affiliated and associated Black and Indigenous creatives the importance of archiving their artworks digitally and how to do so with low-tech. We will work together to annotate their digital twin work and explore options on they can monetize on their assets. Together we create educational material for the works and different activation and interactive consideration. The large aspect of the program is to permanently archive and map out the public artworks made by Black and Afro-Indigenous creative across Canada and develop a comprehensive database that help to create awareness and access to these public gifts across the nation.
