Join us at KNOWLEDGE BOOKSTORE or ONLINE by zoom (Register here) at 7:00pm on MARCH 21st for an opportunity for community members to be updated on the Emancipation Park public art project and be presented with the finalists works and get the opportunity to add their feedback, suggestions and engage with the artist and panelists who helped to select them.

THE JURY PANELIST
The jury for project were picked based on community referrals specifically looking to have a diverse range of Black Brampton community members from profession, experience and age group. The sub advisory committee (non-voting support) consisted of Peter Lopez (Community Member), Clifton Reid (Civil Engineer), Mona Walrond (senior community activist and consultant) and the board of directors of AstroSankofa (Zamani Ra, Andrea "Peachtree" Boucaud, Saran James-Vaughan, Bogaah Mensah).
